This Sensitive Data Security Addendum (this “Addendum”) is incorporated into the definitive agreement(s) (the “Agreement”) between the University of Rochester (“University”) and Company to which this Addendum is attached. For purposes of this Addendum, “Company” shall mean the person, entity, firm, vendor, supplier or service provider supplying or providing a good or service to the University pursuant to the Agreement. The parties agree that, to the extent of any conflict between this Addendum and the Agreement, the terms of this Addendum shall control.
