THIS AMENDMENT (“Amendment No. 3”) is entered into by and between PASCO COUNTY, a political subdivision of the State of Florida (hereinafter, the "COUNTY") and United Way of Pasco County, Inc., a Florida not-for-profit corporation (hereinafter, the "CORPORATION") (collectively, “Parties”).
