This agreement (“Agreement”) sets forth the agreed upon terms and conditions surrounding ComPsych Corporation's (hereinafter referred to as “ComPsych”) delivery of a GuidanceResources Program (a "Program") to employees and dependents (“Participants”) of The School District of Collier County Florida (hereinafter referred to as “Client”) to begin January 1, 2019 (“Commencement Date”).
