This Agreement is entered into between Century College, 3300 Century Avenue N., White Bear Lake, MN 55110 (hereinafter sending institution), and Metropolitan State University, 700 East 7th Street, St. Paul, MN 55106 (hereinafter receiving institution). This Agreement and any amendments and supplements, shall be interpreted pursuant to the laws of the State of Minnesota.
