These General Terms of Delivery (hereinafter “Terms”) shall apply between Temet Oy (hereinafter “Temet”) and its client (hereinafter “Client”) to the delivery and installation of products manufactured by Temet, the resale of products manufactured by others than Temet as well as to other services provided by Temet (hereinafter “Delivery”). Client and Temet are hereinafter individually referred to as the “Party” and collectively as the “Parties”.
