This Memorandum of Understanding (hereafter referred to as the “Agreement”) is made and entered into on February 5, 2020, by and between the Tahoe Rim Trail Association (hereafter referred to as the “TRTA”), and Partner Organization (hereafter referred to as the “Partner). Together, the TRTA and the Partner are the “Parties”.
