The general purpose of this agreement is to establish and maintain a mutually satisfactory relationship between the Union and the Company and to provide procedures, for the prompt and equitable disposition of grievances, to establish and maintain satisfactory working conditions, hours of work and wages for employees who are subjected to the provisions of this agreement and to assist the company in the efficient operation of its business.
