This Umbrella Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement” or “Umbrella Agreement”) shall be for the purpose of collaborative education, workforce development, research and development, commercialization, and testing opportunities on various topics of mutual interest to enable a sustained pipeline of capable talent for Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics, and to advance the understanding of suborbital and aeronautical science, research and development projects involving NASA’s research range and other space systems research and development to further advance NASA’s mission. Areas of mutual interest include but are not limited to, engineering, sounding rocket and balloon and/or aviation testing and experiments, earth and atmospheric sciences research and analysis, small sat systems and technology, cybersecurity, autonomous systems, advanced materials, data management and science, integrating energy systems in engineering and science, materials and energy sciences,
