source Network (QTC-PDRN) is a training resource designed to assist Head Start grantees in identifying quali- fied consultants who provide direct training, technical support, pre-review assessment, mentoring and coach- ing. Consultants of the consortium are selected based on their specific knowledge in Early Childhood Educa- tion Programming, Administration and Evaluation, as well as proven experience in adult education and tech- nical support experience. Each consultant is approved having met R7HSA requirements and completed the R7HSA Consultant/Contractor Training Course. To ensure quality, and that program expectations are met with the highest degree of professionalism and integrity, the QTC-PDRN uses an exit evaluation process with the cli- ent and the consultant .In an effort to provide quality training for grantees and State Associations at an afford- able and fair market price, consultants accepted by the QTC-PDRN agree to work within the fee rates estab- lished and posted by th
