This Agreement For Local Interconnection (“Agreement”) made this 1st day of March, 2014, is by and between Frontier Communications of the South, LLC, a Alabama limited liability company, having its principal place of business at 180 South Clinton Avenue, Rochester, New York 14646 (“Frontier”) and Centurylink Communications, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, having its principal place of business at 1801 California Street, Denver, CO 80202 (“CC”). Frontier and CC may also be referred to herein singularly as a “Party” or collectively as “the Parties”.
