This Agreement (“Agreement”) shall be deemed effective as of November 22, 2002 (the “Effective Date”), between Global NAPs Illinois, Inc. (“GNAPs”), a corporation organized under the laws of the State of Delaware, with offices at 10 Merrymount Road, Quincy, Massachusetts 02169 and Verizon North Inc., f/k/a GTE North Incorporated, Verizon South, Inc. f/k/a GTE South Incorporated (“Verizon”), a corporation organized under the laws of the State of Wisconsin with offices at 8001 West Jefferson, Ft. W ayne, Indiana 46804 (Verizon and GNAPs may be referred to hereinafter, each, individually as a “Party”, and, collectively, as the “Parties”).
