Lessor desires from time to time to lease the Equipment described in Equipment Schedules (each a “Schedule”) to be attached hereto to Lessee and Lessee desires to lease such Equipment from Lessor subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, which are set forth below, and the applicable Schedule.
