This Addendum (“Addendum”) supplements and is made a part of the [IBM Customer Agreement #__________] (the “Agreement”) by and between ____________ (“Customer”) and International Business Machines Corporation (“IBM”). IBM and Customer may be referred to individually as a “Party” or collectively as the “Parties.”
