Angeles, acting by and through its Board of Airport Commissioners (“Board”) of the Los Angeles World Airports (“LAWA”), a department of the City of Los Angeles (collectively, “City”), GAVIN-DE BECKER & ASSOCIATES, LP, a Delaware limited partnership “Lessee”), GAVIN DE BECKER & ASSOCIATES HOLDINGS, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“Guarantor”) (sometimes herein referred to individually as a "Party," or together as "Parties").
