(“the Buyer”) and no variation of these terms and conditions shall be binding unless agreed in writing between authorised representatives of the Buyer and the Company. The “Products” shall mean and include any products which the Company agrees to supply to the Buyer. The “Contract” shall mean the contract for the sale and purchase of any Products concluded by the Buyer’s acceptance in accordance with these terms and conditions of any quotation or offer issued by the Company.
