This template for tenancy agreement for a regulated tenancy to which Part IVA of the Ordinance applies is prepared by the Transport and Housing Bureau for general reference only. The landlord and tenant of a regulated tenancy may use and adapt this template with such modifications as appropriate (mandatory terms excepted) to suit their own circumstances. They are reminded to take note of the requirements applicable to a regulated tenancy as set out in Part IVA of the Ordinance and ensure that the requirements are complied with. The landlord and tenant may refer to the Notes attached hereto for preparing the tenancy agreement.
