IMPORTANT—READ CAREFULLY: This End User License and Technical Support and Maintenance Agreement (“EULA”) is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and ABS Initiatives Pty Ltd, Trading as DynAPPix (“DynAPPix”) for DynAPPix’s RecordMate for K2 Software, which includes computer software and may include associated media, printed materials, and “online” or electronic documentation (collectively “Licensed Software”) as well as technical support and updates to the original Licensed Software which may be provided to you by DynAPPix (“Technical Support and Maintenance”) during the term of this Agreement. Any software provided along with the Licensed Software that is associated with a separate end-user license agreement is licensed to you under the terms of that license agreement.
