This Grant Agreement (the “Agreement”), dated as of June 1, 2021(the “Effective Date”) is by and between the Cities for Financial Empowerment Fund, Inc. (the “CFE Fund”), a Delaware non-stock, non-profit corporation with its principal office located at 44 Wall Street, Suite 605, New York, NY 10005 qualified as exempt from federal income tax under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended (the “Code”), and the City of Pueblo, Colorado (the “Grantee”).
