This COMPANY GUARANTY (this “Guaranty”) is entered into as of June 27, 2013 by HEXCEL CORPORATION, a Delaware corporation (“Company” and the “Guarantor”) in favor of and for the benefit of RBS CITIZENS, N.A., as Administrative Agent (in such capacity, the “Administrative Agent”) for each of the Secured Parties. All capitalized terms used but not otherwise defined herein shall have the meanings ascribed to such terms in the Credit Agreement referred to below.

All capitalized terms used but not otherwise defined herein shall have the meanings ascribed to such terms in the Credit Agreement referred to below.
