In exercise of the rights and power conferred upon the Assignee under the Facilities Agreement, Deed Of Assignment (Third Party Assignment) and Power Of Attorney (Third Party) all dated 29th April 2008, entered between the Assignee and the said Assignors/Borrower and in respect of the Sale and Purchase Agreement between Assignors and Metroplex Project Management Sdn Bhd (“the Developer”) and Koperasi Serbaguna Anak-Anak Selangor Sdn Bhd (“the Proprietor”) dated 06th December 2006, it is hereby proclaimed that the Assignee/Bank with the assistance of the under mentioned Auctioneer.
