These Credit Terms and Conditions (i) apply to all products sold and work performed by Tampa Armature Works, Inc. a Florida corporation, and its subsidiaries, parents, and affiliates (collectively, the “Seller”), involving, in anyway, the extension of credit by Seller. The Applicant listed on the Application for Credit is hereinafter referred to as the “Buyer,” and these Credit Terms and Conditions, together with the Application for Credit executed in connection herewith, are hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Agreement.” To the extent any conflict exists among the provisions of the documents constituting the Agreement, or any other documents or agreements executed by the parties at any time, the provisions of these Credit Terms and Conditions shall govern, control and prevail such that any conflicting provision shall not apply.

These Standard Terms and Conditions (i) apply to all products sold and work performed by Tampa Armature Works, Inc. a Florida corporation, and its subsidiaries, parents, and affiliates (collectively, the “Seller”), and (ii) together with any cover sheets, quotations, exhibits and/or schedules are hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Agreement.” To the extent any conflict exists among the provisions of the documents constituting the Agreement, the provisions of these Standard Terms and Conditions shall govern, control and prevail such that any conflicting provision shall not apply.
