effective as of the date of its execution and or July 1, 1996, whichever is earlier, and shall remain in full force and effect until the 30th day of June, 1999, and from year to year thereafter unless either party hereto serves written notice upon the other at least sixty (60) calendar days prior to the expiration date of this Agreement or sixty (60) calendar days prior to the expiration of any subsequent automatic renewal period of its intention to amend, modify or terminate this Agreement.
