THIS CONTRACT, made and entered into by and between Sid Tool Inc., DBA MSC Industrial Supply Co Inc., 75 Maxess Rd., Melville, NY 11747-3151 hereinafter called “Contractor”, and the City of Lincoln, Nebraska, a municipal corporation, and the County of Lancaster, Nebraska, a political subdivision, and the City of Lincoln-Lancaster County Public Building Commission hereinafter called the “Owners”.
