This Amendment No. 1, dated as of March 30, 2015 (“Amendment No. 1”), to the Forbearance and Amendment Agreement, dated as of August 14, 2014 (as it may be amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time, including by this Amendment No. 1, the “Agreement”), is entered into by and among PREPA, SCOTIABANK DE PUERTO RICO, as agent for the Lenders, and the LENDERS signatory hereto (the “Forbearing Creditors”).
