This Electronic Fund Transfers Agreement and Disclosure ("Agreement") provides the terms and conditions that govern electronic fund transfers for personal accounts opened at Randolph-Brooks Federal Credit Union (“RBFCU”, “us”, “we”, “our”, or “Credit Union”). Electronic fund transfers are electronically-initiated transfers of money from or to your account through the various services described below. By signing an application or account Card for electronic fund transfer (“EFT”) services, or by accessing any service, you agree to the terms and conditions in this Agreement, and amendments thereto, as well as the terms of your Membership and Account Agreement and any other agreements that may govern your accounts. If the terms of this Agreement conflict with the terms of the Membership and Account Agreement, the terms of this Agreement will control.
