This Amendment No. 1 (this “Amendment”) to Contract No. C20177717 (the “Contract” as defined below) is entered into as of October 19, 2020, by and between the CITY OF PALO ALTO, a California chartered municipal corporation (“CITY”), and WIRE WRANGLER, LLC dba TW Power Line Construction, a limited liability company, located at 1677 Eureka Road, Roseville, CA 95661 (“CONTRACTOR”). CITY and CONTRACTOR are referred to collectively as the “Parties” in this Amendment.
