Pine Acres Swim and Tennis facility (hereinafter "Pine Acres") limits the rental of its facilities to the Wethersfield Public School System for the limited purposes of holding the 6th grade picnic. The Pine Acres board has the sole authority to enter into this rental contract with the Wethersfield Public School system. The following agreement sets out the rules and regulations regarding the rental of the facilities.
