NATIONAL FOOTBALL LEAGUE SUPER BOWL (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”), is made effective, except as otherwise made operationally effective as set forth in Section 5 herein, on this day of January, 2018, by and between the CITY OF BLOOMINGTON, a home rule charter city and a Minnesota municipal corporation (“City”) acting through its Police Department (“BPD”) and the CITY OF , a Minnesota municipal corporation acting through its Police Department (“Provider”). City, BPD, and each Provider may be referred to individually as a “Party” or collectively as the “Parties” to this Agreement.
