This Memorandum of Understanding Regarding Funding for Existing Broadband Networks Expansion (“Agreement”) is made by and between the Department of Housing and Community Development (“DHCD”), a principal department of the State of Maryland (“State”) and the Board of Charles County Commissioners, Maryland (the “County”). DHCD and the County are each a “Party,” and may be collectively referred to as the “Parties.”
