This first amendment (“First Amendment”) is made effective August 17, 2020, to that certain Robby and Pamela Rask Water Feature Naming Rights Agreement (the “Agreement”) between the City of South Bend, Indiana Department of Venues, Parks & Arts, by and through its Board of Park Commissioners (the “Board”), and Robby and Pamela Rask (the “Rasks”), (each a “Party and collectively, the “Parties”).
