Broadway Avenue, Meridian, Idaho 83642 (the “Buyer” or “City”), and Joint School District No. 2 dba West Ada School District, whose address is 1303 E. Central Drive, Meridian, Idaho 83642 (the “Seller” or “District”). City and District may be referred to individually as a “Party” or collectively as the “Parties.”
