Unless otherwise stipulated and/or expressly agreed by LF Logistics Management Limited, its affiliates and/or subsidiaries (collectively and individually, “LFL”), all of LFL’s services provided are subject to these Standard Terms and Conditions (“STC”). Unless otherwise agreed in the Contract, the terms of this STC shall prevail in the event that the terms of the STC and the Contract conflicts. LFL reserves the rights to amend this STC from time-to-time and without notice.

Unless otherwise agreed in the Contract, the terms of this STC shall prevail in the event that the terms of the STC and the Contract conflicts. The Carrier reserves the rights to amend the STC from time-to-time and without notice.
