Whereas Resident and Landlord seek to enter into a Lease Agreement, and whereas Guarantor seeks to facilitate the proper execution of the Lease Agreement for the benefit of Resident, and whereas the terms of this Guarantor’s Agreement are a condition of the Lease Agreement, for valuable consideration, the sufficiency and receipt of which are hereby acknowledged, Guarantor and Landlord therefore agree as follows:
