THIS AGREEMENT is made and entered into as of this 2nd day of May, 2017 between Chesapeake College (the “Educational Institution”), and the COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF CAROLINE COUNTY, MARYLAND, a body politic and corporate and a political subdivision of the State of Maryland (the “County”), on behalf of CAROLINE COUNTY EMERGENCY SERVICES (the “Facility”).
