BBC grants to the Customer, and the Customer takes on, a licence to use the Berth or nominated location at the BBC for the purpose of berthing the Vessel or storing the asset on the terms and conditions set out in this Rental Agreement, the attached Rental Terms and Conditions and the BBC Rules (together, the “Agreement”). Any capitalised terms used in this Rental Agreement have the same meaning as provided in the attached Rental Terms and Conditions.
