AGREEMENT dated as of the Signature Date between INTERNATIONAL COMMITTEE OF THE RED CROSS (“Recipient” or “ICRC”) (“Recipient”) and INTERNATIONAL DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATION (“Association”). The Association has decided to provide this additional financing for the Original Project (as defined in the Appendix to this Agreement) on the basis, among other things, of the existence of an adequate refugee protection framework.
