Post-Placement Supervision $990 this includes 3 supervisory visits* for those who reside within the counties of Western New York or within the Florida counties: Broward, Dade and Palm Beach.$1,290 this includes 3 visits* for those who reside in New York State and Florida but outside the geographic area listed above.$1,450 this includes 6 visits** for those who reside within the Ohio Southwest Region (Adams, Brown, Butler, Clermont, Clinton, Hamilton, Highland, and Warren.)$1,650 this includes 6 visits** for those who reside in Ohio outside the geographic area listed above.*Additional supervisory visits or pre-finalization visits may be required based on state, country or court requirements as well as family need and agency recommendation. There will be a fee of $375 for any additional visit or report.
