Welcome to the Startup Factory Co-working Launch Space! This document serves as an application for membership in the Startup Factory Co-working Launch Space (the “Launch Space”) located within the Startup Factory Network facility at 2710 S. Loop Dr., Suite 2000, Ames, IA 50010 (the “Facility”). This document also serves as an agreement (the “Agreement”) that describes the services Startup Factory, LLC d/b/a/ Startup Factory Network (the “Startup Factory Network”) provides you and your company (collectively “you” or “your”) in exchange for a purchase of a membership (“Membership”) in the Launch Space.
