THIS AGREEMENT is by and between SHERWEB inc., with offices at 740 Galt West, Suite 10, Sherbrooke, QC, Canada J1H 1Z3 ("SherWeb"), and the recipient and payor of Software Services hereunder as identified as part of the subscription process for SherWeb Software Services (“Reseller”). Each of Sherweb and Reseller referred to as a “Party” and collectively as “Parties” under this Agreement.
