I/We__________________________________ acknowledged that I/we have completed a Residential Rental Application for the express purpose of enabling the Landlord to check my/our credit. I/We understand that personal information will be collected about the Tenant(s) and myself/ourselves. We/I acknowledge that the Landlord has provided me/us with the whereabouts of the Landlord’s Privacy Policy and I/We have had the opportunity to review such policy about the collection, use and disclosure of personal information. I/We have no intention of occupying Leased premises referred to in the Residential Tenancy Agreement.
