The Health and Human Services Commission (“HHSC”) and Panhandle Regional Planning Commission (“Contractor”), collectively referred to in this amendment as the “Parties,” to that certain Older American Acts Contract effective October 1, 2015, and denominated HHSC Contract No. 539-16-0001-00001 (the “Contract”), as amended, now want to further amend the Contract.
