C-Brite Metal Finishing, Inc. operated a plating business at the Site from 1966 to 2017 and abandoned the property thereafter. Under the Settlement Agreement, the Settling Parties’ CERCLA liability will be resolved in exchange for a lump sum payment of $100,000, which will be placed in a special account and used to fund response actions at the Site.
