THIS AGREEMENT (“Use Agreement”) is made and entered into this day of , 2022, by and between the TOWN OF LOS GATOS, a California municipal corporation (herein “Town”) and CINELUX THEATRES LOS GATOS LLC, a California limited liability company (herein “CineLux”). Town and CineLux may be referred to individually as a “Party” or collectively as the ''Parties” or the “Parties to this Lease Agreement.” The Town Manager serves as Contract Administrator for this Lease Agreement (“Agreement”) on behalf of the Town Council.
