This Amendment Number One (the “Amendment”) to the Amended and Restated Employment Agreement, dated as of January 3, 2022 (the “Employment Agreement”), by and between ESSA Bank & Trust, a Pennsylvania chartered stock savings bank (the “Bank”), ESSA Bancorp, Inc., a Pennsylvania-chartered corporation (the “Company”) and Allan A. Muto (the “Executive”) is entered into as of December 10, 2024. Capitalized terms which are not defined herein shall have the same meaning as set forth in the Employment Agreement.
