During the meeting held in Paphos, Cyprus, 12-13 April 2007 on the Website on Disaster Awareness with the use of the internet “BE-SAFE-NET”, in the framework of the FORM-OSE programme (European Training Programme on Risk Sciences for Western Europe, the Southern Mediterranean and Eastern Europe) of the EUR-OPA Major Hazards Agreement, hosted by the European Centre for Disaster Awareness with the use of the internet, (BE-SAFE-NET), Nicosia, the participants (see appendix 1) adopted the following conclusions:
