The purpose of this Memorandum of Agreement by and between PROTEC17 (“Union”) and King County (“County”) is to memorialize an agreement reached between the parties regarding PROTEC17 represented employees (“represented employees”) who are working in an unrepresented special duty assignment (SDA). This Agreement does not include “intermittent” SDAs or work-out-of-class assignments. This Agreement does not apply to represented employees who are in represented SDAs.
