This Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) by and between the City of Sumner, a Washington Municipal Corporation (hereinafter “Sumner”), and the Sumner Community Food Bank (hereinafter “Food Bank”) (collectively “Parties”), and effective as of the 22nd day of September, 2021 (the “Effective Date”), is entered into for the purpose of establishing the terms and conditions governing the use of American Rescue Plan Act (hereinafter “ARPA”) funds awarded to the Food Bank by Sumner.
