THIS SECURITY AGREEMENT dated July 29, 2021, is made and executed between 6S CAPITAL PARTNERS, LLC, SERIES A, (the “Borrower” and “Grantor”), a series of 6S CAPITAL PARTNERS LLC, a Delaware series limited liability company (the “Company”), and RWA SENIOR LENDING TRUST, a Delaware statutory trust (“Lender”).
