This letter agreement (the “Agreement”) is intended to clarify our recent conversations regarding how TRAIL (“TRAIL”), the LINK AMERICAS Foundation (“LAF”) and California Association for Bilingual Education (CABE) shall work together to increase the digital literacy (collectively the “Shared Objective”). Pursuant to the terms of this Agreement, TRAIL, LAF and CABE shall seek to achieve the Shared Objective by allowing CABE to share and link to TRAIL’s platforms (hereinafter “JobScout” or “myjobscout.org”).
