The Supplier agrees to supply to the Customer and the Customer to acquire and pay for the Goods (the "Goods") and/or Services (the “Services”) below on the terms of the Contract. The Contract comprises the provisions of this Agreement (the "Agreement"), the attached Terms and Conditions of Purchase and, where applicable, the Customer's order for the Goods, as set out in the Customer's purchase order form or the Customer's written acceptance of the Supplier's quotation, as the case may be (together the "Contract").
